I had no idea music was employed in this manner and it makes sense that people will become more fully functional on all levels when engaged in some sort of music programme. I myself use a special type of technology called AVS. Audio visual stimulation is a brainwave entrainment technology that can be also be used with special music soundtracks to create an unusual psychacoustic experience which is not only enjoyable but also has therapeutic applications as well. It works on brainwave frequencies or states that guide the listener into either more deeper relaxed states or more alert focused states. It is completely passive and has been researched on learning disabled kids and those with ADHD. There is more information on that here: http://mymindspa.eu

Thanks for the great article; nice website too!

Very nice blog on the benefits of music therapy as a stress reliever.

I worked as a Healing and Wellness Coordinator at a Trauma 1 hospital and was able to integrate music therapy throughout for the patients and staff. Interestingly enough, while the outcome data for relaxing music to effectively reduce stress and anxiety were very good for both groups, it was the staff that found how much difference it made in their stressful lives.

I recommend soft relaxing music as a stress reliever because it is a simple technique that you can do that doesn't require you to "do" anything. The vibrational energy will fill the room regardless of whatever else is going on.

Hi all, i really know how it is to suffer from a problem like this. I've struggling from it like a few months with the normal ups and downs so i really know its not fun when you have a true problem like this. At some forum i found out some visitors were truly satisfied about a remedie they got from the net and i ordered it when i found those pills at - herbalhealingstore dot com -. So believe me, these herbals do work, you only have to get the good ones!
